Whether I’m training teams in communication and conflict resolution, coaching parents and teens, or guiding couples toward deeper connection, I believe strong, healthy relationships are the foundation for a meaningful life.

My signature workshop, The Power of Relationships, uses the SDI 2.0 assessment to help people better understand themselves and others, uncover the "why" behind behavior, and transform conflict into connection. I specialize in corporate and church leadership teams, family dynamics, and parent-teen relationships—because I’ve seen firsthand the incredible breakthroughs that happen when people feel seen, valued, and understood.

On a personal note, I believe every person is a masterpiece—uniquely created by God with purpose and intention. Ephesians 2:10 says, “For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things He planned for us long ago.” This belief shapes everything I do—because when we understand how God wired us, we’re better equipped to love others well.

I’ve been married to Jasen for over 25 years, and together we’ve raised four amazing adult children. We serve in pastoral ministry in Naples, Florida, where I continue to teach, counsel, and cheer others on toward healing and wholeness in their relationships.
