Hi! I'm Helen, and I believe that strong, healthy relationships are the key to a thriving life!

As the instructor and facilitator of the Power of Relationships course,  I use the SDI 2.0 assessment tool and my the POR curriculum to bring clarity to motivations and conflict triggers. I love watching the lightbulb moments when people finally understand themselves and others on a deeper level, which leads to breakthroughs in communication and stronger, more productive relationships.  Whether you’re seeking to restore unity in your family, improve communication in your workplace,  strengthen your church community,  or a parent wanting to find common ground with your teen, I am committed to helping you build the healthy, strong relationships you deserve!

Drawing on over 30 years of experience in church ministry, alongside several years in the corporate world, I am honored to have  supported many people by navigating personal and relational challenges. This blend of experience has allowed me to provide meaningful guidance with both compassion and expertise. I hold a certification in biblical counseling, which gives me a unique perspective on relational healing through a faith-based lens. My background allows me to bring both practical tools and spiritual insights to those looking for meaningful ways to connect, resolve conflicts, and thrive in their relationships.
